He's going to go to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and then UAE.

About 3 o'clock in the morning, it found out we have a deal with China,

the framework of a deal, and both sides pretty much agree

that unbelievable progress was made over the weekend

and a framework going forward has been outlined.
