Okay, my friend, I've got two areas that I've been thinking about where you might be suffering

You might be stressed out you might be beating yourself up freaking even, when you don't have to.

If you're in self-coaching society, you'll know that so much of the work we do in there,

thinking and our emotions because sometimes they're a bit wobbly. Sometimes they

deserve some questioning and because how we think and feel determines how we act which generates our

results aka our entire life we can be screwing a lot up for ourselves that we don't have to. My friends, I want you in self-coaching society if you're not already inside, okay?

But the two areas that I've been thinking about recently, where we suffer for no good reason in most cases are with guilt and also with the belief around our own competence. These are separate things.

Okay? Now, I can't tell you how many women I've coached over the years who live with so much guilt.

Guilt for not being a better daughter, guilt for not being a 100% always on present parent.

Guilt for having to skip out of work here or there for whatever it is else that you need to take care of.

Guilt for not showing up for your friends. Guilt for having a donut. Guilt, guilt, guilt, guilt, guilt, guilt, it is exhausting and frankly at this point as a coach 10 years in, it's a little boring.

To me it's boring how guilty we feel.

We are not wired for this, but we're not wired for this, we are not wired to suffer when we haven't actually done anything wrong.
