Great to see everybody actually the weather in Austin has been and continues to be weird. We last week had a record latest day in the year of 100 degrees. Okay, that was just a few days ago where we hit 102 and that is 11 days past the previous

record and this is since records have been being kept.

But right now, then we had a gold front come through and the temperature has dropped 25 degrees.

used to any clouds in the sky so that's a bit shocking and we have the beginnings of what passes for fall in Austin. I think some of the

leaves are getting tired. They don't really turn. The fall aasters are blooming. That's the good news. They're really pretty.
