0:57.6	but let's get right into it because we have a fair amount to cover today. This won't be too bad.
1:02.4	So let me start off with a quotation and I wonder if I've used this before, but I'm up on the
1:07.7	wards at Columbia and one of the interns, freshly minted interns straight out of medical school,
1:14.4	brought up this quotation and I just couldn't help myself. So thanks to Yardley Stias for this
1:21.0	quotation, which is from William Osler to study the phenomenon of disease without books is to
1:29.0	sell an uncharted sea. Well, to study books without patients is not to go to sea at all.
1:36.3	And I love that. I mean, Osler had a lot of great quotations. I don't agree with all the blood
1:40.5	letting. He was big fan of, but other than that. Okay. All right. Polio Vincent. We got polio
1:47.6	right up front. Now this one's really interesting. When I read this, I occurred to me as wow. Okay.
1:53.8	So what is so interesting? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDCP, we
2:00.3	we got to start saying that get prevention in there is urging travelers to practice enhanced
2:06.3	precautions when traveling to 30 countries. They have identified in a recently updated advisory
2:12.4	with a level two notice advising travelers to practice enhanced precautions.
2:19.0	So if a traveler is going to these identified destinations, the agency recommends children be up
