0:33.1	Borman, 37, was sitting at the back of the plane when he said he heard a loud boom. All of
0:38.8	the sudden it felt like we dropped 100 feet. Everybody knew something was going on. This is bad.
0:46.9	Like really bad. A lot of people started panicking and yelling, just real scared. We were
0:52.8	kind of out of control for a while. Seemed like the pilot was having a hard time controlling the
0:57.9	plane. Honestly, I think we all just thought we were going down. We're all just really thankful
1:04.8	to be alive right now. Thankful to God, thankful to the pilot. Matt Tranchon was sitting three rows
1:10.9	behind the window that smashed. He described the chaos and said even the flight attendants were
1:15.6	crying in fear. Flight attendants rushed up. There was a momentary chaos. Everyone kind of
1:21.0	descended on where this hole was as passengers weren't sure if they were trying to cover up the
1:25.8	hole but the plane smelled like smoke. Jennifer Reardon was sitting next to the smashed window
1:33.9	and others next to her described holding her down for 12 minutes until the plane landed.
1:38.9	Passengers Alfred Tomasson of Corpus Christi, Texas said he saw a man in a cowboy hat rushed toward
1:45.5	a few rows to grab the lady and pull her back in the plane. She was out of the plane. It couldn't
1:54.2	do it by himself. So another gentleman came over and helped to get her back inside the plane
1:59.3	and they got her. Another passenger, Eric Gilbert, an administrator with the California education
2:04.4	department said from her waist above she was outside the plane. She was rushed to the hospital
2:11.8	immediately after her autopilot, Tammy Jo Schultz took the plane into a sharp descent and made
2:17.1	an emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport at 11.27 a.m. Here's what it sounded like.
