Welcome to the show, Blimey. What a lot we have to talk about today. The continued

implosion of Twitter in real time. Horrifying, gripping, disturbing. Lots of ways of describing

what's happened in the two weeks or so since Elon Musk took over Twitter. Now, I think,

and those are the previous video on this, I think many of us did not have particularly

expectations to say the least, but I think the sheer scale of what can only be described

generously as a total claustrophuck. I'm not sure many of us quite appreciated. There

are big question marks about whether or not Twitter will exist. We know that because

those questions have been raised by its actual owner, Elon Musk, of course, has raised

the prospect of bankruptcy. We've seen, of course, mass flight of advertisers, mass

sackings, mass resignations. We've seen the attempted role of Twitter blue, which has

been pulled. The whole thing clearly beyond, I think beyond, the English language is, of

course, immense, but what words to describe exactly what has happened? It's a tough one.

What we're going to do today is, there we go, we have a little cartoon of the Twitter,

the Twitter bird sitting surrounded by fire saying this is fine for those listening to

the podcast. I'm sure you're familiar with that particular meme. What we're going to do

is talk to two brilliant experts today. We want to hear about the inside story. What's

actually happening at Twitter, and where's this likely to lead? Is Twitter basically finished?

I mean, I know the title of this show suggests, I've come up with a quite definitive conclusion,

but we don't know. We don't know what will happen day to day at the moment on Twitter.

It really is a roller coaster, so do hold on tight. Before I bring in, after this brilliant
