I just wanted to talk real quick about the guaranteed contracts.

I think it's a great topic to discuss on one side. You can say why would you give

somebody money if you don't know what they're worth. If you say a job is offering 20, then you

ask for 30. Why would they give you 30 until you show what you can do? On the other side, I think

it's great for the challenges the NIL deal

in college. I think it gives the NFL and gives players more than of incentive to go to the NFL, right?

Because if you're able to make four or five mill in college, not that second rounders would do that,

but if you're able to make more money in college,

why would you not stay?

And I think as an organization and as a sport, you want the best and you want people to go to the lead.
