With a friend of ours and it was nice and normal and you know

We were chatting and catching up with each other and with her and and I was just depressed because we've been doing this podcast for six years

We were talking about how can we grow it and this and that and the other and I like to be honest

She gave us some great feedback. I just don't know if it's very doable at the moment and that and that's what depressed me

But here's the butt okay everybody listening and watching if you help us grow this

Who knows we can go back to two times a week or three times a week if we grow this we can even do it five times a week

Maybe that might be too much, but if we really grow this we can do it two or three times a week
