Why don't you just shut the hell up?

Welcome back to this week in steady trade.

I'm going to talk about, you know, this is an opinion piece as the SPY goes green.

Oddly enough, we're going to talk about the impending market crash that everyone seems to think is coming.

And my opinion on why I think this is a foolish approach, I think it's short-sighted, I think it's

unwise, and I think you're missing out on an incredible opportunity by being timid in a market like this. So I'm sure you've seen the headlines.

I mean, one of the reasons I'm doing this week in steady trade based on this topic is if you go

to your Google search, if you look at the top trending market type search terms, it's market crash. It's,

you know, stock market crash, you know, et cetera, et cetera, you know, when will the market

crash? Is the market going to crash? So on and so forth. And my opinion is we're a long

ways away. Listen, and the biggest thing I want you to focus on is don't be scared to

speculate right now. I mean, this is an incredible market we're in. Yes, we are, you know,

whatever eight or nine years into this run. I started day trading in 2007, 2008, because that was the last correction, you know, market

crash, I guess you could call it. I mean, even though it didn't last that long, bring up the

10-year chart of the SPI and you'll see. I mean, sure, 2007, 2008 was brutal, but it wasn't that long. And actually, let me bring up a 20 year. It wasn't that long

after that crash right here. You know, fast forward to 2011, and we were all the way back at

highs. Now, I get it. That was a long three to four years, but geez, just think about if you took that as a buying opportunity. Think about if you took it as a buying opportunity last December. I'm talking about this poll here on Christmas Eve. I mean, it was a huge poll into the market. We had an ugly couple days, couple weeks, and then it wasn't soon after

we were back all the way at the highs. So, now, is there a possibility of a market crash? Surely.

I mean, I mean, there's always this possibility, but don't try and guess these things. I mean,

listen, you can look at the 10-year interest rate.

You can look at the inverted yield curve.
