We're back and we touched kind of on how you can get into this high-intensity state

in the previous episode, which was trading with a pre-nup.

Now we're going to be talking about hormonal trading.

And honestly, as a human, I know that I do have hormones hormones maybe testosterone

links to sex in some way links to rush decisions in some way but I don't know much else so

Kim how the hell do hormones influence trading well when you have success uh especially for men uh testosterone rises so you can imagine

that if you're having success and your everything is going well then if your testosterone is rising

that there might be you know you might you want to think okay that probably is going to have

an impact on me and you're you would be right it is going to have an impact it's going to have

you start to feel like you can't lose it's if you if you have a win everybody knows that feeling

of a win and there is a part of you that's like,

yeah, I'm the man or I'm the woman. You're like, I got it going on. And that is a fabulous feeling.

And it isn't going to necessarily help your training for the rest of the day because you might
