Oh, no. Well, I happened to be upstairs from and back in the old days when you know people went to offices.

I don't even remember what an office is. But we're going to we're going to talk to Ramesh about the future of the GOP.

We're going to talk about 2020 election. We're just going to kind of see where this takes us.

But as a launching pad for the conversation, since we're now, you know, just a day or so removed from the VP announcement and it's in Kamala Harris, I'm just will launch it off.

I'm going to ask you to react to a tweet from Henry Olson.

And this this tweet is actually contrary to a lot of the right side of my Twitter feed, which is basically said that Kamala Harris, the selection of Kamala Harris makes Biden more likely to lose.

But here's what Henry Olson says and he wrote it in the Washington post.

And this tweet had been asked to cast a safe plausible VP nominee for the modern Democratic party.

It would have cast Kamala Harris. This selection changes nothing about the race whatsoever.

I agree. I think that look, well, to take a step back, I think that Biden made a mistake by announcing early on that he was going to pick a woman.

And that that narrowed his options quite a lot, particularly since it ended up meaning that he had to pick a non white woman.
