Everybody, you know, everybody wrote, Rocco Baldelli fired. If you didn't know, spoiler alert, we're going to talk a lot about that. But also, we've already talked about that. was that the front office kind of used roco as a shield like here he here he is, here's your sacrificial lamb, leave us alone.

Rocco's lucky to be out of this mess.

He's the one who doesn't have to stick around.

And to that point, he gets paid because they picked up his 2026 option,

which we'll talk about that a little later too.

But just to put a bow on not a great present of a season, the twins, the season ends in Philly

where John was in attendance.

They lose two out of three.

They finish 70 and 92, which is the first 90 loss season since 2016.

And the reason that's kind of interesting is, first of all, it's a decade ago.

Second of all, that was the year they fired Terry Ryan and then hired Derek Falvey,

who it's kind of come full circle here. and now he's possibly on the hot seat.

Maybe not, maybe.
