How we doing? This is my first time in the studio since post COVID. Yeah, we've been back I guess a couple weeks now so it makes sense. Yeah, welcome back. Feels good, doesn't it? It feels good slash weird but mostly good.

Does feel a little bit weird. You have a little changes. I'm just looking around at the

office here. Stuff's going up on the walls. We have cameras set up now. We got TVs in here.

Yeah. I want to say it was Serena who was our former okay. Yeah.

She's also my sister in gut biome issues. Yeah she's a very nice young lady. She sent us a few things. Yeah. But yeah that was one of them.
