So back in, I think it was 2018, I recorded a podcast, and I don't remember the exact title of it,

but it was along the lines of

how you know you've met your twin flame, or twin flames, carmic partners, soulmates, what's

a difference, what do they mean, or the story of how I met my twin flame and how I'm trying to

something like that. But that was two years ago, and a lot has changed. I've grown a lot. I've evolved a lot.

I've studied spirituality even more, both by learning in my own personal life, but by reading

and researching. And so I really felt compelled, even in the past few months, to re-record this episode because I saw I was doing some damage

and I also wanted to revant my thoughts on it. So, joining me here is my partner, my boyfriend,

sweet baby Jay. Hello. Thank you for recording with me. Always. It's always so much easier to

have someone to talk to. You guys, podcasting is difficult and baby Jay here has his own show,

Battlefield Self, and you've kept it going for a while, but you've also said like, okay, yeah,

it's difficult to have a conversation with yourself. Yeah, it's hard to have a conversation with yourself. And people think, people are like, okay, yeah, it's difficult to have a conversation with yourself. Yeah, it's hard to have a conversation with yourself.

And people think, people are like, well, I have conversations all day.

I talk to myself probably a lot.

Like, you hit record, and sometimes all of a sudden, everything you wanted to talk about

just goes out the fucking window.

Yeah.

Oh, yeah.

So, yeah, there's that.
