I'm John Cah, and I'm joined by my co-host Patrick Fitzgerald.

Patrick, how are you doing?

Hey, John, I'm doing all right, other than not having air conditioning in my house right now.

So if I have any bad takes today, I can just blame it on the heat.

How are you?

I'm doing all right. My twins are getting absolutely shalacked by the Texas Rangers, but, you know, it is what

it is. Sometimes you just have bad, bad baseball. Our pitching is all falling apart, which is great,

but I really shouldn't be complaining considering what you've probably had to deal with this

season.

Yeah, Orioles are losing right now, but it was scoobble against Dean Kramer.

So, you know, we kind of can figure out the outcome of that one before it happens.

Angels this weekend, you know, hopefully they can take two out of three, maybe sweet.

But yeah, just kind of going a day at a time and at least nice to see them getting a little healthier yeah i i did have zach efflin on one of my fantasy teams last week or yesterday i should say and uh that start went particularly well i was i was pretty happy about that yeah he's

really been really been stringing a few nice outings together the the pitching staff is honestly

it's not bad it's not you know it's not bad now right It was terrible and now it's at least decent. So I think they'll have a lot of competitive games, but, you know, obviously a big hole that they've dug themselves in. So don't have the highest of expectations. It's probably the only thing you can maybe bank on is the fact that everyone in the AL is just beating each other up. And hopefully like, you know, the top team's only

going to finish with like 95 wins and it'll be just a log jam of teams in the wildcard race.

Yeah, a little bit of a bloodbath for sure. Yeah. All right. Well, in this episode, we're going to go
