Summary
Let's DO, not just THINK, when it comes to our dreams and goals. In episode 043, I talked about Analysis Paralysis… and that's all about being a doer, not just a thinker. I know it feels difficult, but learning to build momentum with a series of small actions will always beat intentions. I'll give you the single question you should ask yourself so that you can start taking action today.

| 0:00.0 | Hello, hello, everyone. This is Tanya Dalton, owner of Inquale Press, and I'm here to give you another episode of The Weekender. |
| 0:15.6 | This week in episode 43, we talked about analysis paralysis. And at the end of the episode, I touched on the |
| 0:22.5 | idea of being a doer instead of just a thinker. You need to take risks. You need to commit to |
| 0:28.5 | taking action and begin to create a habit of moving towards your goals. Thomas Jefferson |
| 0:34.8 | once said, do you want to know who you are? |
| 0:38.2 | Don't ask, act. |

| 1:13.6 | needing to do something causes more stress than the action itself. All of the self-help articles |
| 1:20.5 | and podcast episodes in the world will not be able to help you if you never take action and you let |
| 1:27.3 | these ideas sit on a shelf |
| 1:29.4 | and gather dust. A bad idea carried out will actually do more for you than a good idea that isn't. |
| 1:36.9 | Because at least with a bad idea, you can learn from it. You can build upon it. So I really want you to get started. Find that place between |
| 1:46.7 | jumping in head first without any thought and not doing anything at all. Here's what I want you |
| 1:52.8 | to ask yourself this week. What can I do right now to take even the smallest step towards |
| 1:59.3 | achieving my most important goal. |
| 2:02.2 | Spend just a few minutes today thinking about the answer to that question. |
| 2:07.0 | And then I want you to start formulating a plan to start moving forward. |
| 2:12.2 | Author Madeline Le Engle once said, |
