This activity will set in motion plans, good habits, and small wins in order for you to become who you want to be a year from now and beyond.

could start to envision this future you, the you that you would like to become. And now, today, I want you to do one more quick exercise for

yourself. I want you to write a letter, a letter to future you, you exactly one year from today.

Now, I can see you sitting down with a blank sheet of paper in front of you thinking, what in the world

am I going to write? So let me give you a few talking points to get you started. I want you to ask

yourself, what do you want to be doing one year from now? What goals and dreams do you want

realized by then? What areas of your life do you want to cultivate over the year?

And anything else that you want to say to future you. Make sure to keep your letter in a safe place

and write on the envelope to be opened on whatever date is one year from today. Set a reminder

and give it a read. Now, I know this will feel just this side of crazy. I get it, but writing this
