Earlier today, I signed an order appointing Robert her a special counsel for the matter.

I've just described the document authorizes him to investigate whether any person or

entity violated the law and connection with this matter. The special counsel will not

be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the department, but he must

comply with the regulations, procedures and policies of the department.

You know, Boris Berman is. You ever heard that name? Boris Berman? Stay with me. We'll

Berman, early 1900s, 1900, 1901, I think if memory serves me, is a Russian. At a time

and when the communists finally came out on top, Boris Berman was right there as one

of the main guys. He is Boris Berman. You want to know what a good soldier he was? You
