Officer Kim Potter is currently on trial in Brooklyn Center Minnesota, small suburb of

Minneapolis.

Potter has been charged with manslaughter in the killing of Domte Wright, who was shot

by her as he was attempting to flee a traffic stop.

The community's on edge is at a weight-several in the high-profile trial with fears that

the wrong outcome, so to speak, could lead to unrest, similar to what we saw last summer.

I'm Buck Sexton, so we have in Minnesota right now a trial that is getting a lot of attention.

Here's what happened.

A police officer, Kim Potter, was engaged in affecting an arrest of Domte Wright, who

was resisting arrest.

But he was in a position where he was not posing a threat, and she went for her taser,

and she didn't pull her taser.

She pulled her firearm and shot him.

Now, the facts are not really, as you see here, the facts are not really in dispute.

She did not have justification for lethal force under these circumstances.
