General Brooks made his first appearance in court today, two days after he allegedly

killed five people and injured dozens more by ramming his SUV through a Christmas parade

in the city of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Questions remain as to why the 39 year old was even on the street after a report surface

that he was released on a $1,000 bail just before the deadly attack.

The latest evidence of the real-life consequences that left-wing criminal justice policies are

destroying communities around the nation.

So we have a number of criminal justice stories to address today.

First off, the mass murder in Waukesha.

We should remember that is what occurred here.

It was intentional here as the individual who has believed to have committed this mass murder.

Via his vehicle, a truck that he drove over people during a Christmas parade in Wisconsin.

They were packed together.

He intentionally ran them over.

He didn't seem to care.

In the least, in fact, law enforcement officer tried to shoot him as he was driving the vehicle.

You see some of it here, tried to shoot him and stop him.

Unfortunately, he was unable to do so.

Well, we have an update for you.

Here's Dan Thompson, the Waukesha police chief who says that the suspect was at the scene of a domestic disturbance right before this.
