I think sometimes it's helpful for us to rewind and take a look back on things.

See why things happen.

I have always thought this was helpful, really in all walks of life, in my personal life,

in your personal life, in your business life, maybe your relationship, maybe your children,

maybe your parents, whatever you happen to be doing at the time, it always helps to look

back and assess how did I get where I am, for better and for worse, right?

That's easy to do when it's something that makes you feel good.

You're at a point in your life right now when you're in great shape.

When that's the case, it feels good to look back.

Ah, man, I remember here we go, two years ago, I was 50 pounds overweight.

Now look at me, look like a Greek God.

That feels good, that look back.

And the how did I get here?

Looks great, too, right?

Now I was really fat and decided I would eat a little less pizza, God forbid.

I got a little bit more, I've been staying at it, sleeping better, so on and so forth.

Now look at me, I was here and then I did all these things and that's what brought me

to here.
