My guest today is Professor Nozamu Kauai.

Nozamu Kauai is the professor of Egyptology at Kanazawa University in Japan. He is also the director of the North Sakara Project that excavates monuments

in one of Egypt's most ancient cemeteries. Professor Kauai earned his PhD in 2005 from the Johns

Hopkins University in the USA. His thesis was titled Studies in the reign of Tutankhamun, and it did exactly that.

Professor Kauai's research has been incredibly valuable to me working on this podcast,
