Hey everyone, it's Rob Lefeld here with another episode of Robeservations.

How are you guys doing? Hope you're doing well. We are not quite done talking comics and pop

culture and all thing comic books because everything is comic books now. I went to the

car wash and there are uh as

you guys well know who who frequent car washes there are numerous uh uh you know window protectors

that are that are superheroes there's there's Superman and iron man and Hulk and Deadpool

Wolverine and Spider-Man and those are the ones that I saw

today and I'm like wow and they're prominent prominently featured in the store for you to grab

because as I said we made the world comic books we made the world comic books we succeeded we

you know the revolution happened and now comic books are at your

mom and pop store. They're at your car wash. They're at Target. They're at Walmart. They're at

Costco. They're literally. They're in your happy meals. They're everywhere. So, um, interestingly enough,

uh, starting off with a current bend on today's podcast is there was a comic

book that I was really looking forward to these last few months, really, it ended up getting

resolicited, which means it was originally set to arrive in July and then they solicited it again for a

fall date which is you know this week and it ended up generating a ton of interest because this

franchise is a great one I I mean, it's just,

it's such a great story. And the concept behind this current project involving this franchise

really got everybody, myself included, just extremely excited and extremely

juiced. And it finally hit yesterday. And it was the hottest book I have seen enter the

common book marketplace in the last several years. Easy. And that is the last Ronan, the last Ronan, which is a kind of a post-apocalyptic

dystopian future story of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, TMNT. And it is spearheaded by Mr. Teenage Mutage Mutage
