I usually, when I'm bummed, I have a different opening of some kind.

And honestly, I was just doing too many things before we started to think of something

funny.

My brain is doing.

So this game unfolded in an odd way.

The Jets come in averaging 35 shots against in their first three games.

The Flyers get three shots in the first period, two of them on the double Dvorak chance that he doesn't bang home on a feed from Zegras behind the net.

That was it.

It was a two-second two-shot situation. And then they got another one in the first. Second period, they put on a bunch of pressure. They get a bunch of shots. They have some power plays. But Hellebuck looks real good. They give up a couple tough ones. It's like, all right. This is, they're getting goalied a little bit, some sloppy turnovers.
