That dream is an example of what can happen when you see what isn't as if it were and then take the steps to make it that way. Remember if you have been there in mind, you can be there in body too. 1:25.1	And literally, this is a historic theater.
1:29.7	Everyone that you can think of has played in this theater. And I was watching Harry Connick Jr. and I thought to myself,
1:35.2	this would be one of the most amazing places to do an event. Because in 1997, I was in this business,
