Summary

Many people don’t realize how long the public schools have been in trouble. Sheri Few does. Twenty years ago, as a concerned parent of three boys in public schools, Sheri Few founded South Carolina Parents Involved in Education (SCPIE), a grassroots organization committed to education excellence through the meaningful involvement of parents in their children’s education. In 2015, Sheri expanded the organization nationally to become United States Parents Involved in Education (USPIE), which has 20 state chapters and growing. Sheri currently serves as president of USPIE.

Today we’re focusing on the crisis in our Public Education System and what you can do right now to begin to make a positive difference.
