The idea that a diagnosis automatically becomes your identity or your destiny.

We live in a world where people are increasingly handed labels.

Epileptic, diabetic, depressed, autoimmune, ADHD, autism, chronically ill.

And while diagnoses can absolutely help identify patterns and guide treatment, somewhere along

the way many people stopped

believing the body was capable of healing adapting recovering or transforming

instead people are often conditioned to believe that their future is already

written for them that this is just how it is now the best that they can hope for is

symptom management and And listen,

as a nurse, I want to be very clear here. Modern medicine absolutely has its place. There are

moments where medications save lives. There are moments where emergency interventions matter,

and there are moments where conventional medicine shines. But I also think we have to be

honest about something. The system is largely designed around disease management, not necessarily
