1:18.6	Poulain, I think you're asking a question that many caretakers would like to know the answer
1:25.1	to. Many caretakers often feel this.
1:28.4	They have a loved one that may have cognitive decline.
1:31.2	They may have dementia, Alzheimer's, very sick, very irritated, etc.
1:37.1	And sometimes resentment does come up.
1:38.9	I mean, people are human beings.
1:40.6	Sometimes resentment come up.
1:42.4	So two things come to mind. One, you ask the question,
1:46.4	how can I stay grounded in love and compassion while rising above the pain in managing
1:51.0	these difficult emotions in the moment? So you take off the word, how can I? Instead, you make
1:59.0	that as an intention.
2:06.3	Your intention is, you breathe it in.
2:12.6	Today, I rise above these difficult emotions.
