Now today as we do the message, we're going to go to a video.

Pastor Rick and I had the privilege of sitting down a couple weeks ago to go through his whole book.

We put it into shorter slices.

So we have a short slice about this phase and then I'll be up with the rest of the message.

Let's watch this together.

So God places a dream inside of our hearts and then once that dream's there, then it moves to

action and there's a decision.

Yeah, that's phase two.

Phase one is get the dream.

Phase two is you have to make the decision to go after the dream.

But a dream is not enough, as important as it is. Lots of people have dreams and never do anything about it.

They die with unfulfilled dreams because they never got to phase two, which is make the decision to go for it. Now, the decision-making phrase is

particularly scary because people go, well, what if I make the wrong decision? And so to get

through this next phase, Andy, the decision phase, you have to get rid of the fear of failure. How do to get rid of the fear of failure how do you get rid of the

fear of failure it's real simple you redefine failure okay you redefine failure failure is not failing to

reach your goal failure is not setting a goal.

Well, the Bible says love never fails.

Okay, the Bible says love never fails.

So if what I'm doing is in love, I'm already a success,

whether I reach the goal or not.

There are a lot of things in life, Andy, we don't have any control over.
