How many times do we get out of bed in the morning

and say, oh my gosh, Lord, thank you so much

that both of my knees work.

Hi, my name is Father Mike Schmitz and this is the Sension Presents.

Right now is the time of year, at least when I'm filming this, when our students have arrived

back on campus after having had a little bit of COVID time, right?

So, schools shut down or they went online, they went virtual, and then last year, in the

year 2020-2021, you might know this, but a lot of students weren't here.

So right now, I'm looking across, out this window, across at campus, and it's packed with

cars.

It's awesome.

It's so good because last year, there weren't any cars.

And last year, I mean, there were very few.

There was rare, rare that you'd see even a lot of quarter full.

So this is just a really big deal.

And so, students are back, too, and they're back here in our little newmen house.

And it's so interesting because if you're a parent, you kind of know how things go.

What do people do?

They leave the lights on in the chapel.

We have our little chapel where we have our Sunday masses here on the extension platform.

So there's fans in there because it gets hot relatively easily in that chapel.
