Today, we're going to be talking about how to use your ego for good. Now, when we hear the word ego,

0:41.5

the way I've always seen it as I was growing up is it has a bad connotation with it. We hear things like, oh, you know, his ego is just way too big or her ego

was taking over or that's just their ego talking. Oh, that's his egoic side.

1:47.2

is it possible that we can accept it and then use it for good? And I think that it is. And I've told

1:53.1

the story before and where this really came to light for me is when I was writing my book,

1:57.3

level up. And I was writing the book and I started thinking to myself like I was editing

2:02.7

every single word and I was going through and trying to make it perfect. I was adding to it.

2:08.8

I was subtracting to it. I was changing the words around to make them better. And I remember I was

2:13.3
