0:56.3	Well, I'll tell you, man, I was on staff with an organization called Young Life.
0:59.9	I loved it, changed my life, but I made $20,000 a year when I got married.
1:03.6	And when my wife got pregnant, you cannot live in the D.C. area on $20,000 a year.
1:08.3	Yeah, I know it's shocking, shocking, right? And so I went to the library and because it before Google was the found of all knowledge

1:15.6	I went to the library, checked out every book I could find on real estate investing and read
