We are exclusively reporting that top US oversight officials tasked with tracking more than

$110 billion in American military and economic aid to Ukraine are pressing to deploy

auditors and inspectors to the war zone. To date, oversight of that aid has been conducted remotely.

Inspectors general from the Pentagon State Department and the US Agency for International

Development told the journal that they have yet to receive any reports of major fraud or

illegality involving US assistance to Ukraine. However, they said that the sheer size of the aid

package and the speed with which it's been appropriated presents challenges. Many congressional
