As we have continued to litigate the pretrial motions moving towards trial,

we have simultaneously set our private investigator, Steve Yanki, on task, for conducting an interview of the state star witness

Cecilia Hoffman. Now typically it's far more effective for a private detective to

just show up in person at a state witness's home to see if

they'd be willing to talk to us and that is precisely what Yanki did. He was

able to locate her and then he road tripped to Indiana to attempt to have Cecilia sit down with him to get the background surrounding the alleged confession made by Garcia to Hoffman about being a bad boy and that he'd killed an old lady and a young boy.

The two biggest red flags for us with regards to this statement by Hoffman was that one she did not make

any type of statement or alert law enforcement of this alleged confession until after the story had broke on the news, which she admitted

openly during that very interview with law enforcement, wherein she stated that she had watched

everything that she could find about the story. And the

she had she had apparently not told anyone

that Dr Tony had said this to her

at the time that had happened. Now you've all heard the same

audio of Cecilia's initial interview with law enforcement and in that interview

the contradictions of her continually stating that she knew that he was off somehow.

Now she couldn't put her finger on exactly how he was off, but she just knew that he was.

And that smile that was always plastered on Dr Tony's face when he was at the club well she just knew it was fake which

only served to bolster her feelings that something was up with this is off about them and maybe

Cecilia was in fact a student of the human condition.

However, the part where she loses me is when, in the light of all of her observations of his supposed tell-tale signs of sociopathy, that she somehow reaches the conclusion

that Garcia was just kidding or was trying to impress her when he makes the alleged confession of murdering two people,

one of which is a child.
