Summary

Garcia sailed out of the troubled waters of upstate New York and is now looking to dock at Creighton University's pathology program. Fast forward a few months in and the water is feeling just fine. Sadly this won't be true for long. Smooth sailing is only referred to as such, until it isn't. The iceberg destined to sink this ship goes by the name of Dr. Bewtra and she's known for being relentless and colder than most. There isn't a plausible scenario that exists in which Dr. Bewtra and Dr. Garcia got along. It was a mutual no love lost scenario for the ages. At the end of the day there was just not enough hope to keep Garcia's career afloat and he seemed dead set on going down with the ship.

there are indeed kernels of truth within both tales.

As at least initially one's own perception of the events that have transpired are what

Now as I'm sure you know, all disputes do not end up in a court of law.

1:07.3

As a matter of fact, most of them do not.

1:10.4

As soon as someone or a company is typically because every other attempt it's settling

the matter has failed.

So if you are an unbiased third party trying to mediate a dispute between two people,

1:24.0

always remember this one absolute fact, which is that the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

1:33.2

Such was the case for Anthony Garcia with respect to his residency at St. Elizabeth's

in upstate New York.

1:40.4

It is clear from the hospital side of things that they believe that Garcia was not a competent

physician and that his bedside manner left a lot to be desired.

From Garcia's side of it, he believed that he was being treated more unfairly and with
