0:03.0	Today we're sharing an episode of our new podcast, Yoga Kids Adventure.
0:08.0	Wait, isn't science kind of our thing?
0:10.0	Like that's what we do on the podcast.
0:12.0	Well, it is, but you know, you can be into science and other things.
0:17.0	I mean, I guess that's true.
0:19.0	I guess I'm interested in science, also history and pizza and the science and history of pizza.
0:26.0	You're virtually a pizzaologist.
0:28.0	But me, I love yoga, and I especially love doing yoga with our kids.
0:33.0	I have to admit, doing yoga with kids is pretty fun.
0:36.0	It's a great way to calm down or wake up or just get some stretching and movement into your day.
0:42.0	Those are all good things.
0:43.0	You know we're podcast makers.
0:45.0	Yeah, I heard about that.
0:47.0	And so we looked around and we found out that there were no yoga podcasts for kids.
0:52.0	So then why don't we make one?
0:54.0	That's what we did.
0:55.0	Yeah, well, I helped along with our tumble team member Sarah and two awesome kids yoga teachers.
1:01.0	So that must be a pretty strong memory for you.
1:04.0	Yeah, totally.
1:06.0	So we all wanted to do something that was easy to follow along with just your ears.
