Summary
Today on the show Jayson is doing his Beat the Buzzer gameshow style event again! In which audience members come onto the stage and practice pitching their business in 45 seconds or less. If they fail to beat the time limit, they will hear a buzzer and will be cut off.

Glenn Stearns
Glenn is an entrepreneur, mentor and philanthropist.

Think about it. When you meet somebody and there's a connection there and you're networking and you're wanting to grow whatever it is you do, I don't care if it's online. If it's you trying to get a job or it's you trying to sell something, you have to master a pitch to get their attention and bring it in 45 seconds. So I run a company called Power Home Solar. We've got about 2,000 employees that didn't finish high school, didn't go to college. I have four kids and a granddaughter, grandson on the way. Forty-one years old, we've got that's worth about a billion dollars right now. We're trying to take it public in the next two years. Kevin Klink, who's here is one of my business partners.
