In yesterday's episode of the Morning show podcast, we had asked people, because that's when

you told everyone, Carla Marie, that Bad Bunny was going to be performing at the Super Bowl halftime

show.

So we said, let us know in the comments if you are excited or not excited for Bad Bunny.

And honestly, out of the, all the comments we got, even the people who didn't really know Bad Bunny's music said they were excited as long as it's something that's like danceable and fun. And a couple other people said they were very excited for Bad Bunny. So that's where, at least in our comment section, which is not obviously the whole internet. And here's the thing. Like, if you're going to be sitting on your couch shoving Cheetos in your face, you don't really get to complain who's at the Super Bowl halftime show unless you're coughing up like 10 grand to be there, what are you complaining about? I did hear a really good commentary, basically saying, yeah, Bad Bunny might not be the choice for most NFL fans, but the halftime show is actually not for NFL fans. It's forever enough. To get all the other people who wouldn't have been watching the Super Bowl to watch the Super Bowl. So that makes sense. Will it be Lady Gaga? Probably not, which is my all-time favorite halftime show. But listen, if I had to watch Maroon 5. Oh, my God. In 2019 at the Atlanta Super Bowl, then you can watch Bad Bunny. Yeah. That's it. The Taliban released U.S. citizen Amir Amiri, who had been held in Afghanistan since

December of 2024.

Officials from Qatar began negotiating for his release back in March. Secretary of State

Marco Rubio said Amiri had been wrongfully detained. Amiri is the fifth American released this year,

but there are still others being detained. I'm going to warn you that there's like a decent

amount of information in this update,

but I also trust that you are smart enough to listen and comprehend all of it.
