UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson wants the US and Europe to broker a new deal with Iran.

Speaking to NBC Television, Mr Johnson blamed Iran for the attacks on the carrying out the attack. The country is also called for a long-term framework for Iran's

nuclear program and regional security. This is a shift for the E3, as they're called,

which were fully committed to the 2015 deal that was agreed on

under the Obama administration.

Even after U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew from the accord last year. Mr. Trump on Monday welcomed the initiative from Mr Johnson,

praising him as being, quote,
