Now let's join Kurt for today's episode. Welcome back, friends, to today's

episode of Everyday Truth as we continue our study of the book of Psalms. And we're in Psalm 8

today, began it last episode and what a Psalm it is. Thinking about the grande grandeur of heaven god's has an excellent name in all the earth

not just the nation of israel but in all the earth and then beyond the earth and the heavens and

beyond the heavens that was set thy glory above the heavens and then to think that God has ordained strength in seemingly

weak things like little children. And God has used even seemingly weak things to demonstrate

his grandeur, his strength, his praise. What is man? Who are we that God would even think about us?

And yet God does think about us.

And God visits us.

And that tells us something of our value.

It tells us something about the heart of our God.

Look at verse number five of Psalm 8.

For thou, speaking about God's opinion of God's relationship with man,

verse number five, for thou hast made him a little lower than the angels and has crowned him with glory and honor. Thou madeest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands. Thou hast put all things under his feet. So think about a couple things. First of all,

think about our current position. But the Bible says,

God has made us a little lower than the angels. Now, not a little lesser than the angels. Be

careful, a little lower than the angels. In the sense of grandeur, and the sense of even power,
