Everybody has a dream and everybody has a goal. The problem is that no one has the proper plan to make the dream or goal happen. In order to achieve that thing you’re going after you have to put a strategic step by step plan together. You have to make the choice to wake up every day and work on that plan. 0:55.0	They going to the suit both like I've never asked a team
0:59.4	Be honest with me like where do you see yourself at the end of the year never heard a D1 program tell me
1:05.2	We're not going to the playoffs or we're not going to the road to the final four or in a fail
1:10.2	We're not going to the suit boom, you know, I'm just being real like everybody that I talk to
1:15.3	They're going to win it all so what am I saying everybody got a dream
1:19.4	Listen to me everybody has a dream everybody has a goal my problem is
1:24.4	When I ask that same question about their plan
1:27.7	Come on when I ask that same exact question about their plan everybody stuck
1:33.2	I'm like look. I'm not mad at you little dreams in your goals matter-fac I want them to become a reality
1:38.7	Here's my problem. What's the plan?
1:41.6	What are you going to do today and tomorrow? What time you got to get up?
