I was just calling in regards to Amy's water issue at her house.

I'm wondering if maybe the previous owner knew about the water issue and failed to disclose

it to her, and I'm also wondering if that's possibly why they sold it.

So that might be something worth looking into reaching out to the water company and seeing

if you can find out if the bill had been high for some time and if maybe the seller sold

the house for that reason and failed to disclose it.

Okay, yeah, don't know, don't know, don't know.

But we do think that it's like an underground situation.
