October 18th, 2022. The Core 4. The four headlines you need to know. For the second time in two

weeks, the citizens in Ukraine's capital were sent running for cover from airstrikes coming over from

Russia. Last week, the Russian attack was carried out by missiles, but this week it was over two

dozen kamikaze drones that hit targets in Kiev.

The scary thing about these drones, which allegedly came from Iran and cost about

$20,000 per drone, is they're easier to program using GPS to hit specific targets,

and they can be launched in waves, sending dozens of explosives from a single site in a very

short amount of time. The two airstrikes in the last two weeks broke a relatively calm period

in Ukraine's capital after Ukrainian forces were able to turn back the Russian invasion.

Water levels on the Mississippi River are approaching their lowest levels in 30 years.

Why? Well, Vicksburg, a town along the river, has received one inch of rain since September 1st.

Transportation on the river has been a bit of a mess.

The low levels are causing traffic jams.

And according to the Guardian, the Mississippi River accounts for 92% of U.S.
