And I'm T.J. Holmes, waking up on a morning where there was no Love Island.

And, you know, we thought we were excited. There's no World Cup. There's no Love Island for the first time in a while. Like, ah, we got to get some good sleep. Turned out we were sad. We were sad, not to have either of those to watch yesterday. Yeah, we did go to bed early. Did you get your sleep score today? What are you looking for? What are you looking for? You're not paying attention at all to this podcast. Let me know when you're ready. You're looking down doing other things. I was looking at my sleep score to see how much sleep I got because there was no Love Island and no World Cup. And turns out, yeah, I got an 86. That's the best sleep score I've gotten in a long time. But our hearts are hurting because there was no Love Island and there was no World Cup that will be rectified today at least halfway. Semifinals, France, Spain, today we're making plans. Let's get through this podcast so we can make plans. Yeah, but it's at 3 o'clock because it's on European time, basically. So that's exciting news for us who like to go better early. It's not so late. So yes, good morning to you all, wherever you may be on this Tuesday. I hope you're getting a good start to your day. We're going to be making several stops on this morning run. One leg will take us to Bitterford, Maine. We'll make a stop at the Strait of Hormuz, make stops in D.C., Mississippi, and Florida, as well as a stop on Elm Street. but let's start robes with this nasty stomach bug that continues to spread,
