| 1:28.7 | That was true in 1973 and the infamous Rovi. Wade decision legalizing abortion. |
| 1:34.0 | But there was nothing then akin to the actual document being late. |
| 1:39.0 | Nothing like this has happened in the history of the Supreme Court in terms of the modern era. |
