| 0:13.7 | Now we can start. Yes. Welcome to the morning show podcast. My name is Anthony. I'm Carla Marie and today is Tuesday, May 17th, 2022. The Core 4. The four headlines you need to know. |
| 0:26.3 | Primaries are underway in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Oregon, and Idaho today with some pretty newsworthy races taking place. |
| 0:34.4 | We're going to talk about three of those states, and apologies in advance to Kentucky |
| 0:38.5 | and Oregon, but compared to the other races, yours are actually pretty normal. |
| 0:43.0 | First up is Pennsylvania, where Dr. Oz is going for what I can only assume is the never-before |

| 1:33.0 | drug-fueled swinger parties, and more recently, when a smear campaign against him, shared |
| 1:37.9 | pictures of a younger Cawthorn dressed in women's clothing, and what some would call a |
| 1:42.9 | compromising picture and video with another man. |
| 1:46.2 | Lastly, we take a stop in Idaho, where the current governor, Republican Brad Little, is hoping |
| 1:51.5 | to survive a race against his further right-leading lieutenant governor, Janice McGeachin. |
| 1:56.6 | The wackiest thing about their relationship is that on two different occasions, when the governor was out of town, the lieutenant governor claimed to be in charge and issued executive orders to block COVID restrictions, just to have those executive orders rescinded when the actual governor got back to the state. |
