It's Tuesday, March 7th, 2023. A few celebrity birthdays before we get to all the headlines.

Amanda Gorman is a year older today. Laura Prepon has well-gen of Fisher, Peter SARS-Garde, Rachel Weiss,

Wanda Sykes, and Brian Cranston is 67 today. One of my faves.

And today, March 7th is National Serial Day. On this date, in 1897, Dr. John Kellogg served the

world's first cornflakes. Today, over 50% of Americans start their day with the bowl of cereal.

And according to a new poll, 11% of people said they put the milk in the bowl first.

What? Who are you people?

Mexico cereal. Okay. Okay. Okay. Lots to get through today. This is one of the top headlines out

there at the moment. Four US citizens were assaulted and kidnapped by gunmen in Mexico. It's

believed that these people were grabbed by mistake. It weren't even the intended target investigators

say that they may have been mistaken for Haitian drug smugglers by a Mexican cartel.

It's reported that they possibly traveled down to the border from medical procedures or to buy

cheaper medication. That's where they were fired at and ultimately nabbed by unidentified

gunmen and innocent Mexican bystander was killed in all of that commotion. If you remember,

the State Department had already issued a level four do not travel advisory for various parts of

Mexico as cartel violence rises. The city, Mademorro's is included in that. The FBI is offering a

$50,000 reward for their return and the arrest of those involved. Okay. Okay.

Couple sports headlines here. Scary moment during a spring break game yesterday. The Red Sox

were playing the Tigers when Justin Turner took a pitch to the face. He was on the ground,
