We were reminded today why they call it a trade war as the U.S. and Canada exchange cross-border

salvos over electricity and aluminum, while the markets regain some of their lost footing

attributed to Trump's trade policies and fears of a recession.

The president offering a more optimistic assessment of the economy today,

even as he threatened new unspecified tariffs. On Wall Street meantime, the major indexes
