We're going to start today with kind of a weird and random story.

You may remember the Capitol Instruction, I'm sure you do.

Well, one of the Republican congressmen who arguably helped incite the Instruction is Mo Brooks,

a representative from Alabama.

His colleague Eric Swalwell, a Democratic representative from California, has been trying to serve

him with a lawsuit for inciting the Instruction, and apparently has even needed to hire a private

investigator to find him, after Brooks has been able to avoid being served with the lawsuit

for three months.

Finally, Swalwell's team was able to catch up with Brooks' wife at their home in Alabama

and served her with the papers, which, by the way, counts.

Brooks was apparently really annoyed about this because he tweeted that Swalwell's

team committed a crime by sneaking into his house and costing his wife, which, by the

way, is not accurate.

However, hilarity ensued because he attached a photo of his computer screen, showing

Alabama's Trust Passing Statute, which also visibly showed a post it on his screen with

his pin and Gmail password, just like everyone's grandpa.

And I know we all love a grandpa can't use the computer joke, but for real, can we get

this instruction lawsuit going?
