Hey friends, welcome back. I am in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Brisbane is the city.

Queensland is the state and Australia is the country. And I'm here for a leadership conference for three days.

But I'm in my hotel room and I'm talking to you and we are in the book of Matthew

chapter 28 and I think we'll have two last episodes in this great book of the Bible. We've been

talking about Jesus is king. Jesus has died. He has been buried. He has risen again. And we talked about that last

episode, the very famous passage. And we brought the applicational thought that we need to

invite people to come and see, come and experience, see what we have seen. And then go and tell

is the imperative that the angel gave

to those women. Go and tell. And we have those same imperatives today. Come and see, go and tell.

And we talked about that a bit yesterday. We're in verse number nine today.

Look at verse 8 of chapter 28.

They departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy and did run to bring

his disciples' word.

You know, running in the ancient world was not something people did.

It was a sign of immaturity for men, and you just wouldn't see women run.

Could you picture these women running to tell the other disciples what they had seen?
